Kerry Dawson is a licensed Realtor for Carolina One Real Estate, Charleston County, South Carolina. A graduate from the University of Ulster, Northern Ireland, where she obtained a business degree in Hospitality Management (BA honors).After graduating Kerry launched her career in the luxury hotel market in The Boca Raton Resort & Club, Florida, then back to Europe for a 4 four year stint at The Mayfair Intercontinental in London. Intercontinental Hotels opened doors back in the states were her career rapidly progressed from Chicago, Puerto Rico to New York.The daughter of an architect and with a love of all things related to homes, houses and buildings – Kerry first started selling Real Estate in New Orleans, LA, where she received Historic Home Specialist accreditation and was also runner up ‘Rookie of the Year’, she gained further knowledge of the property industry by studying Interior Design at Berkeley College, NJ. Kerry was also a licensed Realtor in Potomac, Md, where she successfully served the upscale DC commuter market.Currently, Kerry sells Real Estate in the Charleston County Area for Long and Foster Real Estate. Based in Mount Pleasant with her family, she manages her own extensive portfolio of properties, both in Europe and in the States, as well as buying and selling for clients.
